- Never share your Member ID, password, or MFA codes.
- Sign out on shared or public devices.
- If a screen looks unusual, close the browser and start again from activate.uhc.com directly.
Troubleshooting
- Card not recognized: Double-check the Member ID and card number. If the card is brand new, wait 24–48 hours after receiving it.
- MFA code not arriving: Confirm the phone number or email on file, check spam folders, then request a new code.
- Locked out: Use Forgot Username or Forgot Password, or call the Member Services number on the back of your card.
- Benefits not showing: Some benefits (like UCard, Rewards, or dental/vision) only appear if included in your specific plan.
